Your Shocktober Fest tickets will be waiting for you at our VIP/Guest list kiosk. This is located to the right after the security checks.

How can I change the date of my Scream and Stay package?

As your tickets have been booked in conjunction with the hotel, you will need to contact the hotel to change this.

Do you offer a shuttle service from the Holiday Inn to Shocktober Fest?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a shuttle services from the hotel to Shocktober Fest.
