Facilities

Our Guest Services team are on hand all night for any queries you may have.

Located next to the top stage, the Guest Services kiosk is open to help with directions, haunt and site information, accessibility guidance, ticket queries and any other questions or feedback you may have.

Loved your visit? Don't forget to pre-book your open-dated 2025 tickets here before you leave. These are the best price they will be for the entire year!

You can reserve a free carer ticket with your booking. Just add a ‘free carer reservation’ to your basket, along with your other tickets – then checkout as usual.

Whichever ticket you have booked for yourself, your carer’s ticket will mirror this.

Please Note: A carer ticket is only confirmed once proof of disability is shown. You must bring this with you on the day of your visit to obtain the free carer ticket.

Visitors with the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket mirroring the full price purchased ticket. Documentation must be presented with valid Photo I.D.

  • Entitlement to DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book (must be valid)
  • A Headed Letter from GP or Consultant (Dated within the last 2 years) confirming the need for a full-time carer.
  • Carer's Allowance letter of award
  • A valid Blue Badge
  • An Access Card

The virtual queuing system we have in place is to help guests who require extra assistance or are unable to queue due to a condition or disability. This allows them access to our attractions via a virtual queuing system for themselves and one other (must be age 16+).

Please be aware due to the nature of the event, virtual queuing is not applicable to all attractions and some queuing will still be required.

Helpers may only use the virtual queuing system when accompanying the disabled guest.

To obtain your virtual queuing pass, please come to guest services once you have your tickets and are inside the park, with your valid documentation.

The Hayride can accommodate 1 standard sized wheelchair (as defined by the NHS).

Due to the nature of the event, unfortunately all other haunts are not suitable for wheelchair users.
